Shipping charges for packages are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and vary by weight and dimensions of the items.
You can find out how much shipping is by going to your shopping cart and clicking on the Check Out button. Enter your shipping address and choose a shipping method, then click Continue to see the shipping costs. You will always be able to see the shipping costs before you are asked for credit card information.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments in addition to a 25% restocking fee which will be assessed at our own discretion. This policy applies to all products, including items that are featured with free shipping promotions.
All shipping fees will be shown prior to purchase during the checkout process. Please note that due to size limitations on certain products, shipping charges may need to be added after an order is placed. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to shipment. Ground shipping times, are typically from 3 to 5 business days, however depending on your location can be as long as 7 to 10 business days within the USA.
Ground shipments are generally sent UPS; express orders are generally sent via FedEx or UPS. You may specify shipment service (i.e. ground, 2-day, 3-day). The Shipping method you select is used for automatic rate calculation ONLY. Your order may ship via UPS, or FedEx depending on the package size and delivery area. RLF Supplies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the product has been delivered by the carrier.
RLF Supplies only ships to the contigious 48 states.
We do the best we can to stay informed of our inventory; However, due to the popularity of some items, there may be cases where we will run out of stock before we have a chance to pull the item. In these cases the purchaser will be given the option of a full refund or waiting for the item to be restocked (usually within 2 weeks). We appreciate your business and understanding.
UPS delayed shipping – no reimbursement

RLFSportinggoods.com cannot be held responsible for any packages that are delayed in delivery due to unforeseen carrier service issues (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS). If this should occur, the customer will address the matter with the respective shipping company directly. RLF Supplies, LLC will NOT contact the carrier for any reimbursement issues. Under NO circumstances will RLFSportinggoods.com be responsible for compensating customer-requested carrier-issued reimbursements. The customer is solely responsible for contacting the carrier and seeking self-reimbursements.
